The music was too loud for early evening, especially with young families present. The bar area had great drink options and cocktails. However, the restaurant service was poor with many mistakes and not good value for money. The food was mediocre compared to the prices, with better options available for half the cost. The staff and management had a poor attitude when mistakes were made, making us feel like we had ordered incorrectly. Management did not handle the situation well, leading to a disappointing evening with numerous errors and a feeling of ingratitude. We will not be returning for food, but may consider stopping by for drinks.
The venue was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We both ordered the rib eye steak, and it was cooked perfectly to our liking.
Visited last night and loved it. Just couldn’t fault it. The atmosphere, seating and bar area. Superb food and staff so helpful. Definitely worth a visit if you like steaks, the choice was amazing and the quality too.
We love this place. The food is unbelievable.. great selection of top class drinks. The food and atmosphere is only topped by the amazing service from the staff. Harri met us on the door last time we ate here. She really looked after us. Harri is a credit to the Opra Bar and Grill. Easy 5 stars!!! Three out of four dishes we ordered were unavailable so left without eating check when booking to see what is unavailable to avoid disappointment on the plus side as a result we went to the artisan next door and was amazing food and everything was available
