I've eaten at pizza express for donkeys years but it seems to have suffered, as many have, with the takeover of Just Eat and Deliveroo. Service is minimal, our mains were dumped unceremoniously and the waitress walked off before we could ask for any drinks or condiments. Our mains were never cleared and we had to go to the desk to pay. The staff were lovely, just didn't seem to have enough time to see to seated customers. More staff are needed to cater properly for both seated and takeaway customers.

A few vegan options that are not amazing. the personal has not been suppressed by what vegan means. no vegetable milk for tea/coffee. more vegan desserts needed.
We had a nice waiter and eating was fab followed by a beautiful baileys latte
