Ive been here twice and both times Ive had awesome breakfasts. I havent had lunch here, but if its like breakie I'll try it. The meals are always just like the picture.
Ordered pumpkin soup with croutons for lunch (see photo). Looked nothing like pumpkin soup, tasted like onion gravy and greasy croutons were saturated in fat. Very disappointing, but thankfully management were happy to return my money. Cannot recommendation this cafe.
The restaurant was extremely busy with long lines, and there was only one person serving and making coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee was not hot enough, and the cake was not very fresh. Our group has had better experiences at this restaurant in the past. There are better cafes in the area worth trying.
We have come here a couple of times now, and every time I've loved what I've ordered. I love their iced chocolates, and while they are a bit pricey compared to other cafes the taste is worth it. Today I tried the banana smoothie and...found the same thing. The food here is more restaurant quality than simple cafe food to go along with a coffee. This means it is more pricey than other cafes but the greater range makes it great for lunch or afternoon tea. I would liken this more to the coffee club in terms of the type of food here. I have never been disappointed in the visits I've had and love coming here for a treat at chermy.
