The food here is absolutely delicious, and the portion sizes are generous—great value for what you pay. The chicken curry stands out: it's quite spicy, but the flavor is so rich and well-balanced that it’s hard to resist. Extremely Disappointing Experience! The service at Dalichini Hotel in Ekkaduthangal was absolutely terrible. The staff were completely inattentive—we were ignored multiple times like we didn’t even exist. When we politely asked about dish availability and prices, a waiter rudely told us to check the menu with a shocking attitude. We waited nearly 10 minutes just to get an extra cup of sambar, while the staff rushed to serve a large group that had just entered. Clearly, regular diners are not a priority here. We also tried their so-called famous Jigarthanda, which turned out to be nothing more than a basic fruit mix you 'd get on the street for ₹20—yet they charged ₹150 for it! Chicken soup(Rs. 150) was very worst and the roadside shop will give good taste comparing to this and the carrot halwa it was like the carrot not at all cooked fully and taste was weired. To top it off, we ordered biryani, and they didn 't even bring the onion raita and brinjal gravy until we asked multiple times. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. A big NO to Dalichini Hotel, Ekkaduthangal. Not worth your time or money Service: 1

It occupies both the first and second floors of the building, and there's a lift available for easy access, which is especially convenient for those with mobility needs. Service: 5
