in the subway, unfortunately, some of the ingredients were missing and others were not delivered at all. the desires for the sub/wrap have not been implemented accordingly. eat them delicious and delivery time okay. View all feedback.
What Till Westphal dislikes about Subway:
order was the purest catastrophe. 1 sub was totally wrong, 1 sub has cost as 3 days old. delivery lasted 90 min. driver ignored the delivery note and had to be searched in the house. in the filiale nobody can reach View all feedback.
Everything went super on special requests was also received and as always, very delicious.
Great coffee, but horrible experience with staff. Young, nice looking lady with glasses and long light-brown hair was standing two metres aside from cash register, didnt come. When i came to her, saying Hello, she responded in Deutsch, with no greeting, really rude attitude and tone of voice. When i asked if we could speak in english, she didnt even reply, just stated to ask what do you want. While i was still polite, telling her what i would like to get, she was asking me horribly rudely what type of cookie do i want, because i didnt realize that there are multiple types of white cookie. Then no thank you, no please, no greet, no goodbye, nothing even when i said thank you intentionally really loud. What a superb person to work as a cashier. Was thinking about coming back later to tell her why is she so rude. The coffee and cookies was half the price compared to MCD nearby, so from this point of view i recommend this place. Hopefully you just get different cashier.
