Great tacos here. The service is less than desirable but depends on who is working. One guy is always nice and awesome and one guy always seems like he is super annoyed, granted we usually bring our kids so i can understand why he isn’t the happiest. Everything that is on the menu here is delicious though. We will likely continue going! View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Mexiville:
Ordered the Pollo Mexicano and requested corn tortillas and no cheese on my refried beans. My order was delivered with no refried beans at all. Called the store to see if they would fix the issue, and the person on the phone argued me down that I said “no beans”…really poor customer service. I just hung up. Lost a customer View all feedback.
We decided to try this restaurant after hearing they have $3 Margaritas during happy hour. I was skeptical about how they could offer them at such a low price. It turns out that the $3 Margaritas are only for the house Margaritas, which are not even listed on the menu or indicated on the happy hour signs. After ordering a total of 4 Margaritas between my girlfriend and myself, we were surprised to receive a bill of over $50, as the server did not ask us what size we wanted. It seems that they can afford to offer $3 Margaritas occasionally, but most customers end up paying much more. I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could!

We had eaten at this location frequently over the last several years. We usually get a large take out order for the whole family. There have been frequent errors in getting the order correct with items often left out. Despite that, we continued to go there for the convenience and decent tasting food. However, the last couple of times have been different. 2 times ago the meat was spoiled and smelled badly. The manager/phone person claims not to know how to refund a credit card over the phone so we had to actually take the meat back to them for a refund. Last time they messed up the order and put cheese on all items meant for two people in our party with a severe dairy allergy. We had very specifically told them about the importance of this given the huge health risk and they had heard this numerous times in the past. Upon calling them, the manager/phone person said sorry bro, what can I do, they messed up in the kitchen. He took no resposibility nor really cared about a significant mistake. And again we had to return to the restaurant for a refund on food that we couldn 't eat. We have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they have gone down hill in quality of food, and service, and simply don 't care. Mistakes happen and that 's understandable, but they absolutely do not take responsibility or try to fix them in a reasonable way. We have eaten here for the last time.
A must every time I come to Chattanooga!!! Amazing food! Great Value! Cold beer! Staff is always friendly!! Love this place!!Food: 5/5
