Set a mobile order online and drove to thru drive for pickup. When I went to the drive thru and told them I had a mobile job, they told me to move. After they had to wait 20 minutes to get into the window, do they tell me they forgot and forgotten? What was the point of sitting there?
2/22/22 update: just went through the thru running gear and had an amazing experience. everything was hot and tasty and they made everything very fast. lady at the window was nice and the whole family enjoyed their eating! so happy we tried again and the things have changed:
If I could give zero stars, I would. There were maybe 3 other customers there when we arrived sitting at tables waiting for food. We stood in front of the counter ready to order while a worker was standing there on his cell phone. We waited for him to even look up and notice he had people waiting. Even after we ordered and our other family members were behind us, he went right back to his phone and made them wait to order as well. Food took over 45 minutes to get to us and then people who were waiting at tables before we got there, even longer. One family member went to ask politely if there was an update on our order, and the manager was incredibly rude saying maybe she just wouldn?t bring our food out at all. It was basically an empty dining room. People from the drive thru were coming in asking for refunds after waiting so long. Completely unacceptable. We are pretty understanding vendors, but the behavior was awful.
I called to request a refund, and the manager was very kind and understanding (I didn’t catch her name). When I returned to the store for my refund, Cameron was very apologetic. He mentioned that his microphone must have been off when I initially came through because he thought he had responded to me. We agreed it was just a miscommunication, and it wasn't a huge deal. I received my refund, and Cameron even gave me a complimentary cake, expressing his hope that I would return to the store. Thank you!
The person at the front counter, named Yolanda D, has extremely poor manners. This is not the first time I have encountered bad service from her. I spoke with the manager about the issue, and he was very understanding and apologized for Yolanda's unacceptable behavior.
