Was Genevieve V at Catch 22 a mag?
A fantastic find in little 'ole Chapin. We went for a nice dinner out, it was a Tuesday, but prime time for eating and we were seated outside immediately. The fish was fresh and cooked perfectly. I asked for no butter or oil to be used and wasn 't expecting a lot, but the seasoning and taste made my meal perfect and healthy! Love that they would accomodate. The prices were very reasonable $18 for a choice of 2 broile... View all feedback.
What JIM STECK dislikes about Catch 22:
Went by with friends Saturday evening at 5:45 and the place was dark and closed. Chapin sc is the weirdest place on earth. Carolina Clemson was playing so I guess the little world around here shuts down. A restaurant closed on a Saturday night, wow, never again going to any businesses in Chapin, crazy. View all feedback.
All the food was excellent, with generous portions and cooked flawlessly. The service was quick and welcoming. I will definitely return.
I highly recommend trying the Shrimp Grits with Sausage. The best time to visit is during the week around midday. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, making you feel right at home as soon as you enter. You'll find yourself in a great mood thanks to the feel-good 80s music playing in the background and classic 90s shows like Friends playing on the screens. It's a charming local eatery that has that comforting, cozy vibe, as if it has always been there to serve delicious homestyle meals.
I've consistently had a great experience at this restaurant. The food is outstanding and made with fresh vegetables on the side. The Mahi Mahi bites appetizer was fantastic—lightly breaded and perfectly fried. The prices are fair, and the service is attentive.
