The best hot honey lemon pepper wings in the area! The wings are a generous size, and the sauce is delicious. The only downside is that they’ve messed up our order 3 out of the 4 times we’ve ordered online. However, their customer service is excellent. Just a heads up: when you order online at night, be prepared for the fries to be quite undercooked, but the wings are consistently on point!
The Wing Factory offers a great selection of chicken wings, ranging from sweet and mild to extremely spicy. They also have a nice menu for kids. However, be ready for a wait when you visit. The service can be quite slow, even during less busy times, and it's not unusual to wait around 10 minutes for the staff to take your drink orders. If you have a limited lunch break, this might not be the best spot for you.
I’ve ordered here multiple times (for pick up) and the food has been fairly consistent. The wings are really good and priced well. Not sure why others have had a bad experience, but I’m sure it can happen occasionally, but overall a good place.
The food was quite good, and the waiter was friendly and attentive. The restaurant has plenty of TVs, as well as both indoor and outdoor seating. I’ve saved it in my favorites and will definitely be returning!
