Reception very smiling and the boss and the staff, attentive service. small wooded, traditional and clean dining room. flower and candle on each table. Simple but promising map. Delicious entrance terrine, rose in many very original variations, black pinot of the really excellent Valais. all at quite correct prices. We'll go back with pleasure.
Simple/traditional kitchen is good. the plate lacks a little vegetables (photos doesn't really match.) typical restaurant and very nice setting. very welcoming and dynamic. with a lot of new ideas. a follow with interest because I'm sure that still during adaptation.
The menu card offers a large selection. the ingredients are all from the region. the various vegetables were all finely seasoned and absolutely not cooked. do not desalinate and crispy. the cordonbleue was also freshly prepared and was excellent. cozy ambiente in a beautiful opposite.
This nice bistro finally finds a smiling and welcoming boss. So is the nice waitress. modest but of quality. We ate hunting, various dishes, all very good. The sauces are homemade. a recommendation, we'll be back.
