I book table for 2 ppl at lunch for my birthday Was everything perfect! Service really Good and really hospitality… The food is perfect and really good with all the details. I had a tasting menu and was perfect everything Nice selection of wine and negroni was really good .. The general manager was always looking after us Unlucky I didn’t meet the chef I will come back again Thank you View all feedback.
Hong kong’s top food restaurant imo. subtle, sincere, perfectly executed, always a joy to dinate with arcane.
Hands down the best meal I’ve had in Hong Kong. The scallops did not disappoint at all; hopefully one day the twille will be on the plate! It’s a shame I picked a day that Shane wasn’t in but Sebastian provided plenty of banter from the open kitchen so actually kind of worked out. As promised by the chef de cuisine the gnocchi dish was outstanding and a lot better than my previous benchmark of school canteen gnocchi... the wagyu was unbelievably well cooked. A fine balance of western and eastern ingredients blended together. The dessert was just the icing on the cake. If Michelin wasn’t so stuffy this would be 3 star... but unfortunately they gift random stuffed up places like La Yeon with 3 stars that are undeserving of the great accolade. I’ll be back... hopefully tomorrow if they’re not full already
One of the best meal I've ever had in HK! We tried the 5 years anniversary meal, and it was spectacular all way long ... No BS, just genuine fine dinning delivered by pros.
The restaurant is lovely. The food is outstanding and the service is top-notch.
