I book table for 2 ppl at lunch for my birthday Was everything perfect! Service really Good and really hospitality… The food is perfect and really good with all the details. I had a tasting menu and was perfect everything Nice selection of wine and negroni was really good .. Hong kong’s top food restaurant imo. subtle, sincere, perfectly executed, always a joy to dinate with arcane.
One of the best meal I've ever had in HK! We tried the 5 years anniversary meal, and it was spectacular all way long ... No BS, just genuine fine dinning delivered by pros.
New Year's Eve, so chef Shane Osborn had proposed a tasting menu impressive plating, as well as a delight to the palate. The attentive staff all helped to bring about a perfect evening. There is a comprehensive wine list, so Michelin award is well deserved.
The restaurant is lovely. The food is outstanding and the service is top-notch.
