We had delicious käsespätzle (based on an authentic recipe), followed by a semolina pudding with berry sauce that was to die for. We also stayed in an apartment there for a few days; a wonderful base from which to explore Celle.
A huge thank you to the warm host! The food was excellent (filet pans) and the advertised Kaiser beer lived up to its name. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!!!
