The last 2 times we ordered here in person we did not get what we ordered, the first time we ordered nuts/chocolate and just got plain Carmel and nuts, the second time we ordered Carmel /chocolate /nuts and only got Carmel and chocolate, no nuts. I guess we’ve just learned to check our order since we’ve paid extra for nothing the last 2 purchases. Service: Takeaway View all feedback.
I make it a point to visit this restaurant once a year just for their incredible caramel apples. I live quite a distance away, but it's definitely worth the journey.
The next day, when I opened the box, I was extremely disappointed to find that it wasn't the apple I ordered—it was a pecan apple instead. I called customer service to explain the mix-up, but the representative informed me that she only handles business orders. She then asked if I had the receipt and whether the apple had been eaten. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the receipt, but I paid with a credit card, so they should have been able to verify my purchase. My spouse ended up eating the apple—did the clerk expect me to throw it away? The representative assured me that she would forward my concern to the store and check for my credit card transaction, promising to get back to me. However, I never heard back, leaving me feeling completely ignored. Given that you charge $11 per apple, I expected much better customer service. I won’t be returning!
This restaurant was bustling, and for all the right reasons! The caramel apples were enormous and definitely worth the price, with plenty of different options available. I absolutely loved the chocolate-dipped cherries!
Best caramel apples I've ever had!! Great customer service and presentation. Everyone at the store is helpful and professional. We've seen Amy's at the farmers markets too. Awesome place. Great candy shop! Tons of chocolate options and other candies. Also a lot of caramel apple flavors. It is kind of small and when it’s busy it’s hard to get inside but we went after dinner on a Friday and it wasn’t busy at all so we were able to look around easily.
