Tailgaters is one of the few venues in Cedar Rapids that consistently brings in good musical acts. The bartenders are generally great. It can be hit-or-miss there have been times when I felt the service was a bit sub par. But that is the exception rather than the rule. The owner is there frequently and he likes to make sure a good time is had by all. View all feedback.
The only bar in Cedar Rapids that regularly hosts local heavy metal bands has become one of my favorites in the city!
It's not my top pick, but it's still decent. The friendly staff and the back terrace create a nice atmosphere under the trees, if you catch my drift.
Emma is amazing at the bar! She's always ready to help with a smile, making you feel right at home in this fantastic place. Otis and the rest of the team are incredible too! Plus, there's always great live music and karaoke to enjoy!
Emma is an outstanding bartender, always cheerful and full of positive energy, which really enhances the pleasant and clean atmosphere of the bar. She ensures that your glass is never empty when you're in need of a drink!
