I brought this up to the managers, but the response was disappointing; they only offered a small discount of $2 off our bill. There were two managers present, so I wondered why they didn't step in to assist the overwhelmed waitress, especially considering there were at least 40 people to serve between the two large parties and a few smaller groups.
