I was disappointed with this Taco Bell in Casper. They wouldn't honor the prices advertised on their app. My wife went to the west side location to pick up some Taco Pizzas that were listed for $1 each in the app, but when she arrived, they told her that the advertised price was not available. It was really disappointing. Additionally, the parking situation is not great, as there aren't many spots available. View all feedback.
We placed our order online and picked it up at the drive-thru. Everything was accurate and cooked to perfection. The only downside was that, despite specifying the sauces we wanted, we received an excess of a sauce we didn't ask for and only two packets of the main sauce we requested. It was a bit disappointing. Other than that, the service and food were excellent!

I visit this place almost every week; it truly inspires me. I frequently use the app, even when I'm just hanging out in the lobby. The rewards are simple to earn, and you can advance levels along the way. The staff is generally very friendly, although a few of the night shift workers sometimes have an off mood, likely just due to being tired.

No nacho cheese in the 3 burritos we ordered it in and the 2 nacho cheese cups ordered were missing. The store clearly ran out and tried to pass without saying anything. Pathetic.
