The Refinery, nestled within the DoubleTree Hotel in Carson, offers a delightful dining experience marked by fresh, flavorful dishes and prompt service. We visited on a Saturday between 7 and 8 PM, and it was about 40% full. The food was fresh and delicious, arriving hot and quickly. We ordered a Caesar salad, clam chowder, chicken street tacos, a plate of 8 traditional hot wings, and a pasta dish with chicken and shrimp. Everything was excellent, and the portion sizes were generous. We also ordered rounds of Coke and vodka with orange juice (two of each). The drinks had a reasonable amount of liquor without being overly strong. Overall, I would definitely return to this restaurant and highly recommend it. You’re in for a treat!
I visited the restaurant with my seven-year-old son to catch a football game in the evening. The food was amazing, and the service was outstanding.
Everything at this restaurant is outstanding! The burgers, salads, wings, soup, and chips are all fantastic, boasting remarkable quality and flavor. The prices for the dishes range from $15 to $25.
The food was fresh and delicious, arriving hot and promptly. We ordered a Caesar salad, clam chowder, chicken street tacos, traditional hot wings, and a pasta dish with chicken and shrimp—all of which were excellent, and the portions were just right. We also had rum and coke, as well as vodka with orange juice (two of each). Kudos to the bartender; the drinks were well-balanced—not too strong, but just enough to give a nice buzz. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would love to return. Take care, everyone!
