First timer here. Thank goodness my expectations was lower therefore I wasn't totally disappointed. The poke was fresh and was very bland. I'm from Hawaii, so I prefer the traditional poke style. Two stars because the service was friendly. View all feedback.
The quality of the fish is incredibly fresh, and there are plenty of options for your poke bowl. It's just perfect!

I usually get the middle bowl with half-brown rice and half-flight mix. the spring mix is fresh and the brown rice is boiled well (you would be surprised how often I underboiled or brown rice have burned on others). the medium comes with 3 proteins. The poke dishes are always delicious. Although I feel that the sizes of the shells/containers have become smaller than I started here about a year ago, and depending on whoever serves you, you get more than others.
I was craving poke, and I found the parking situation a bit challenging. It's best to park near the Ralph's in the large parking lot, as there isn't much available in the area. However, the restaurant was clean enough that I would consider coming back.
I’ve seen a lot of comments about the fish being old and the restaurant having an unpleasant smell. I've been coming here since it opened, and I have to say, it does have a fishy odor when you walk in and can feel a bit stuffy. However, my bowls have always been fresh and tasty. I usually order tuna and spicy tuna, and the servers are always very friendly. I tend to place my order quickly, almost like a factory line! Given how long I’ve been coming here and the frequency with which I order—about three times a month—I’m consistently impressed with the quality of the food and the service. I do recognize that they occasionally run out of items like avocado or certain proteins, but that doesn’t bother me. I’d much prefer them to use fresh ingredients instead of overstocking and serving items that have been sitting around for days! And don’t forget my #6 sauce, extra spicy, please!
