We had a private event with her, and I’m excited about attending her cooking classes or even hosting one that pairs her salads with small plates. The space is spacious and filled with vibrant, joyful art. I can definitely see myself visiting more often. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by the special experience she offers, whether through a class, a private event, or a chance encounter at a festival. She skillfully creates unique fusions and accommodates various allergies and dietary preferences. Her dressings and dips are outstanding. There’s a strong focus on farm-to-table collaboration and culinary artistry that we’re fortunate to have in Pittsburgh.
Excellent variety of incredibly fresh lunch salads. Quick service and a safe atmosphere during COVID-19.
We had an amazing experience learning to make homemade pasta and much more with Chef Alex. The food was absolutely delicious.
