It used to be a decent place when they first opened, but the quality of the food has really declined. I wouldn't mind the higher prices as much if they could improve the food quality. Additionally, the menu has definitely become more limited; there used to be many better options that are no longer available. I've also experienced cold food, long wait times, and mistakes with orders.

I realize it was a quiet Monday morning, but the staff seemed disinterested and barely polite. Their menu didn't offer any gluten-free options unless you used a complicated touchscreen. My order arrived quickly, which is typically a positive thing, but unfortunately, the beans, mushrooms, and eggs were cold. Additionally, there were no stirrers available in the self-service tea area. Overall, I wouldn't plan on returning.

The two guys behind the bar were certainly busy, and they could have used extra help to serve the tables.
The food was delicious and served hot, arriving in about 10 minutes. The drink prices were quite reasonable, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
