After a 12-hour drive, we finally arrived in Gaspésie and stopped at a restaurant for a delicious poutine and fried clam. We occasionally had to wait a bit, but it didn't bother us as we were able to enjoy the ocean view.
The personal seems to be able to treat only 1 order at a time. I wanted to eat fast. it took almost 1/2 hour to get 2 burgers and a poutin. when I had to hunt the burger of my wife, I had the wrong suits and was almost completely carved. she could not eat more than 1/4 of them. mine was very dry and dirty. at least the poutine had the real Squeaky cheese and it was decent.

I went with my family to this restaurant after a long, hot walk looking for something refreshing. It took a while to get our order and there weren't as many customers as we had anticipated. In the end, we were disappointed with the milkshake, which had a strange earthy taste, and the ice cream cone was too soft to hold its shape. When I went back to complain about the milkshake, they simply said: "Our machine is broken, we're doing the best we can." The overall experience was a waste of time and money due to the poor quality of the products, bad service, and lack of responsibility from the staff.
My husband and I have been wanting to try this restaurant for years as we pass through to visit the Gaspe coast. The location is beautiful and convinces us that it is well situated. We stopped on our way and ordered breakfast. We enjoyed the atmosphere during this unique time of the COVID pandemic. My husband ordered a breakfast club and I ordered a croque breakfast, which was quite pricey. We understand that prices may have increased due to sanitation restrictions, but we were shocked at the small portion sizes for the price we paid. My croque breakfast consisted of a thin slice of white bread with ham, cheese, and some potatoes on the side, all lacking in flavor. It was gone in a few bites! I am not a big eater, but even I felt that the portion was too small for the price. My husband's breakfast was also minimal but more satisfying. We suggest that the restaurant considers lowering their prices and reviewing their menu, as we are a couple who will not be returning due to the high prices for the mediocre quality and quantity of food. It's a shame that we won't be stopping at this restaurant again during our visits to the East Coast after so many years.
