I only drink alcohol when it's used to marinate meat, but this Jack Daniel's pie was absolutely delicious and melted in my mouth. I give it a 9/10 on the #kikoscale. The pie looked and smelled fantastic, earning an 8/10 rating. The down-to-earth local service was excellent, earning a perfect 10/10. If I wasn't in a rush, I would have enjoyed a nice chat as well. Hi after my husband talked up the reviews for this business, neither of us have been at the stores was totally disgusted in the store at Coorparoo. Warm sausage roll that had been in hotbox for sometime. Hubby ordered the meat pie, he did ask the guy around the counter is this all you have left he said yes. The shop is tucked away in an industrial district so finding it for us was by pure chance.

It was my family's first time trying an Australian meat pieIt was described to me as the equivalent of the American chicken pot pie.
I tried the Jack Daniels BBQ ribs pie and it tasted just like eating a rib! It was the best pie I have ever had. I ordered it as a pie float and the mashed potatoes were delicious. However, I'm not sure if I liked the pie with mushy peas. I would definitely recommend this dish and I would return for more.
