THIS. IS. EVERYTHING. I have been looking for, and I walked past purely by chance. I could live here! The service is lovely, the price is right, the food looks amazing. My turmeric latte is delicious. I'll be back for sure! View all feedback.
What Lucious Crist dislikes about Tallow & Thyme:
Visited for some dessert. Ordered English Breakfast tea, watermelon juice and cake. The tea was a non-specific generic brand served in a coffee cup - the bain of tea drinkers. The watermelon juice was tasteless. The cake was served with no cream or ice cream and was, as the server said, moist - however it was very bitter and not sweet enough. View all feedback.
A nice gluten free cafe in Braddon. Service staff was nice and pleasant decor. There is a holiday surcharge. Nice place to hang and relax. :)
Came here twice during my short visit to the Nation's capital. Used to be a Paleo Cafe but still carry that theme now. Food is good here. Read some average reviews where peopke are comparing paleo dishes to its original version and this is simply not fair. Food is going to taste differently when it's not made the traditional way but what you get is a far healthier version which is still pretty good (just not the same). The Eggs Benedict on mushroom was very tasty with a delicious sauce and perfectly poached egg. I also had a chia cup and muesli on the 2nd day and that was excellent too and much better value. The butter coffee is not bad here, glad they had this option but to pay $7 for one which is small in size and then $3 for a powder upgrade boost is an outrageous rip off. Other places can do this for $5+$1-2. (Try Thr1ve, awesome Primal casual outlet) Sorry, you lost my business after that day and a point to your score. In summary, good food but food and beverages are far too expensive. The food is already polarizing, don't send your customers away for good with price.

Delicious selection of breakfast, lunch and snacks. I had a turmeric almond latte which was DIVINE accompanied by some delicious poached eggs. If you love fresh food this is for you whether you follow the Pleo way of life or not this is delicious.
You have to try the breaky roll. its an omelette inside a coconut wrap filled with chemical free bacon, scrambled egg, spinach and tomato on the side. I didn't think it would work but YUM! I buy my lunches, beef consume for breaky plus a berry chai cup at least once a week. Always lovely food, really nice people and a great range of beaut products to check out.
