This is a modern, clean storefront with an excellent fresh selection of gelato, sorbetti, and granite. I had two granitas-peach and watermelon. I am a granita aficionado and I was blown away. They were naturally perfectly sweet and the texture and mouthfeel were absolutely perfect. I cannot wait to make a return visit. Fresh, good choice of tastes, friendly service. Small shop, short wait. Recommended if you are downtown Alba
Lots of flavours to choose from, reasonably priced. A great after dinner treat to enjoy as one walks the streets of the old town of Alba. Just off the centre piazza.

One of the best gelato I have had in Italy. The Fior di Latte di Bufala and Nicciola were amazing. Al I cream is soft and delicately served , prices almost to low for the quality.
Everything we had here was simply wonderful NDR very tasty. Try the little, fresh made paste-a-choux. Best of Canale! And this now for a long time. We never miss these seductions.
