Was Anonym at Cucut a mag?
We have gone several times to this Camprodon bar, and as I put in the title the appetizers are of the best of camprodon. special mention to the waiter, spectacular, super attentive to the tables, fast and very effective. Seeing the waiters you find in many bars, this boy is a professional of the profession, for a long time I didn't see a waiter like that. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Cucut:
I'm sorry I was once more, but I've had a bad taste I asked for a franfur and it's the worst thing that I've eaten in a long time frozen bread and the pure plastic franfurt, my wife asked for a pizza that they already said was not such but it was bread and on it was cheese with incompible york ham that hurts I don't know if I come back View all feedback.
Great food and location. This place was friendly and offered local dishes. An English version of the menu is available on request. Inside and alfresco dining.
And a popular place with the locals weekends and evenings. Some French an advantage as most of the staff are older generation and speaking mainly in Catalan. Excellent nachos and fajitas and if you can communicate what you want it will be served up for you. Most dishes with a fresh salad purchased from the produce market hours earlier.
We wondered around looking for a place to eat and ran into this place. We looked at the menu and understood nothing! The owner talked a little english so we managed...we didn't really ordered anything from the menu..we simply explained what we wanted to eat and he was kind enough to provide us with it and even more! Go to bar-cucut, you'll love it !
Went there after some mountain activity, arround 3:30 pm for lunch. They said there was no problem to serve us. We ordered some coca with vegetables that was not very nice, a horrible chicken breast with fries (it was dry, old and with a horrible yellow color) and an acceptable burguer. When my colegues ordered coffee, the bar attender did not even turn on the coffee machine, just pored some old code he had on beat to the machine and add hot milk. The only good part is that we are and had a drink each for less than 10€ per person. I do not recommend going. At least me, I 'm not going again.
I had checked where to eat in Camprodon in advance. I wanted to go to a rather expensive restaurant. However, we were there in the first week of July and just about everything in the village was closed for holidays. There was almost nowhere to go for something to eat. Fortunately, we found Bar Cucut in the town square. It is unpretentious. It is decidedly down market but it was open and serving food, and for that, we were most grateful. The service was polite. We were able to sit outside and watch the world go by. It was very pleasant. I had had a pile of sausages and fries and my wife had a very tasty seafood baguette. It was very satisfying. We drank chilled red wine to it. The cost a mere €16.60. Amazing value. It was not what we had planned for the evening but, I suppose, I did get to save around €60 and what that I had planned to pay.
