I stopped going to Chipotle in general. No matter what location, it 's either dirty and or guest service is just nonexistent. Don 't know what I was expecting on this random visit. Honestly, I was just really hungry! As I entered, I stood at the front of the line with no other guests present. 2 team members on the line, one temping and the other watching him temp. Not one single acknowledgment...instead, they stood there calling for another team member to come and help me. I stood there patiently with a smile on my face; but literally burning inside thinking: THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I DON 'T COME TO CHIPOTLE ANYMORE! Finally, one of the team members on the line finally decided to help me because the team member she was waiting for never came. She washed her hands (Thankfully) and says plainly...what can I get for you? Not a Thank you for your patience or even How are you today? So I say to her, How are you today? Only then, did that prompt her to ask me. In that moment...I should of just walked out. Chipotle needs to close down and start over! Guest service training needs to be a top priority! I gave it another chance even when time and time again, Chipotle shows they don 't deserve it. Ugh! So freaking frustrating! And it was still on my heart to leave them a tip!
This is the 3rd time I've been to this particular Chipotle and this is definitely the last. Every time I've been here, something is missing or out of stock or just the overall cleanliness of the team. Today, they're out of guacamole and lettuce. Last time, they were out of fajita mix. On top of this, they had lettuce and small remnants of other veggies on the stainless steel counter. The lettuce you see in their photo is all they had left the person doing our order wouldn't even get lettuce from the back. I watched the gentleman roll the burrito of the customer before me and I have to say, that was the worst rolling I've ever seen. I informed the team today that they're out of forks, to which someone did come out to refill them but I ended up just leaving as the gentleman restocking the forks straight up bare handed the forks on the side people put in their mouths. This is literally right after he had come out from behind the grill, didn't wash his hands or anything. Rice is also severely undercooked.
I specifically got on yelp to leave my first review because I have had it with this place. I 've been coming here for years now always telling myself well it can 't be that bad this time right..? And almost each and every time it is a disappointment. This is officially the last time. This has to be the worst chipotle there is in the South Bay, and I love this food chain. This location puts their name to shame. Either close it permanently, or overhaul the staff and management. Ingredients are always lacking in some way and the place is always understaffed. Just got a bowl and the rice is ice cold. I asked for a dressing at the register, the person acknowledged me, and then forgot to put the dressing in the bag. Good thing I double checked, and asked for it again only for her to give me a look as if I was bothering her! What are we doing here?? Do better!!
Worst Chipotle Branch I have been to so far. People are rude, they stop making food 1.5 hours before and simple say they are out of beans, fajita, chips guacamole. This is the 7th time this has happened. We stay next door so this is convenient Their scannerdoes not work most of the time to give us points or use rewards. Once a week atleast scanner has issue. The owner doesn't doanything to improve the situation. Even thought they close at 10pm, they don't allow us to sit inside starting 8:50pm. Employeestart leaving and they are out of food. @chipotle
DO NOT GO HERE! Go to the one by Santana Row if you have the time. Do not expect good service or food here. Do not go here early or late. They do not prepare well to serve customers at open or close. I visted here again and was again disappointed.Not sure why I did. Customer service is poor, everyone looks like they don't want to be there and treats the customer assuch. EDIT My girlfriend just went and had another horrible experience. I tried to warn her... still among the worst Chipotlesin the bay!
