Was Tara Hall at Mccorkle's a mag?
We ate here last week for the first time and were completely impressed! Loved the vibe of the place instantly. There was even a dude in kilt cooking! Nice touch. The food choice was excellent and we all enjoyed our meal. But the gem we found was really the waitress. Her name was Trinity and she had the kindest demeanor. I used to eat here years ago and it was always really good. However, The kids chicken strips are 80% breading, all of our French fries were cold, my tenderloin had no flavor at all. We waited at least 40 minutes to get our food and they were not busy at all. View all feedback.
Absolutely amazing! This is the best spinach dip I've ever tasted! The steaks are excellent as well. The portions are generous—you definitely get your money's worth!
Best bartender/waitress, hands down, is Ashley!!! She?s great with her customers and is always kind and happy. Lacy is top notch too!! Adore seeing both of them anytime I go in to eat dinner or grab drinks with friends.
Brandy waited on us—or rather, we ended up waiting for them. After waiting five minutes, we had to ask if they would take our dinner order, which set the tone for the entire evening: slow. This was on a Wednesday night with very few customers. We never received the mushroom appetizers. Every interaction with Brandy felt like we were interrupting their conversations with other staff. The drinks were great, and the food was decent (except for the missing mushrooms, of course). I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.
Jamie delivered outstanding service. We were seated in an area attended by another server who, after we were seated, neglected our needs. Thankfully, Jamie stepped in, took our drink orders, brought our food, and did an exceptional job overall. If it hadn't been for her assistance, we would have likely left the restaurant.
The food, service, and atmosphere were fantastic—couldn't be happier. I absolutely loved this place!
