We booked the “Rec Room” (multiple beds and private room) 2 months in advance of our trip. When we showed up Rachel the owner said they had someone staying in the Rec room so she threw us in a musty old camper that was very uncomfortable. She did not apologize and did not offer a refund for the nice room we paid for. I told her we needed our money back which she then agreed to but she was very rude. I would recommend...
