The restaurant had a mix of reviews, from disappointing experiences with late deliveries and rude staff, to delicious meals and excellent customer service. While some customers felt let down by the quality of the food, others raved about the authentic Nigerian dishes, like the Egusi soup and Isi-ewu. The slow service was a common complaint, but the cozy atmosphere and great decor were highlighted as positives. Despite the inconsistent reviews, patrons seemed to agree that 280 Degrees is a solid option for those craving Nigerian cuisine in London.

Was George S. Raptis at 280 Degrees African a mag?
My wife and I had been missing out fix of African cuisine so lept at the change to try out this restaurant. Being Ghanaian we can be overly critical of West African restaurants as we're so used to the food but there were to be no concerns here. Starters: fried yam and beef Suya were really well executed. Jollof rice for mains with fried plantains and their excellent spicy stew. It really was what the doctor ordered.... View all feedback.
What Alina Berger dislikes about 280 Degrees African:
Ordered the okra soup, not really that good, didn’t eat it. Fufu was pretty good tho. Had to contact them because the food was very late, the number was not even working. Kinda felt like they forgot to deliver my order before I contacted them View all feedback.
Had to review this one as I go here a lot and just noticed some of the unflattering reviews - cramped seating? Soggy tempura? No way - Seriously? The
It used to be one of my favourite sushi restaurant in LondonBut my recent visit was disappointed.
Super fast, and great servicePerfect for dinner before a movie night On Friday night, I did a dinner-fail situation.
Our experience at the restaurant was fantastic. The waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. I decided to go with the jollof rice served with plantain and tomato sauce, and I was not disappointed. The portions were generous and the food was delicious.
The food was fantastic and I enjoyed the music they played. I will definitely be returning.
