I often order chicken shawarma and chicken souvlaki from this restaurant and I really enjoy the food. However, the service is consistently slow. For the past 3 to 4 times I have called to place a takeout order, there has been an issue with the phone where they cannot hear me. When I suggested they fix the phone, the employee was rude. We stumbled upon this restaurant while picking up pizza for our teenager. Our 5 year old wanted shwarma, so we took it as a sign to try this new place when we saw a shwarma restaurant next to the pizza place. As soon as we walked in, the delicious smell hit us. The service was top-notch, with both employees being very friendly and welcoming. We decided to order the shwarma plate with Quinoa Tabbouleh and vegetables, while our son opted for the shwarma poutine. He enjoyed our meal so much (especially the quinoa salad) that he ended up eating more of our dinner than his poutine. The flavors were amazing and everything tasted incredibly fresh. This is definitely going to become one of our go-to restaurants. We give it a perfect 5/5 rating for its energy, service, food quality, especially according to our 5 year old.
I'm so disappointed because they have a high rating. I ordered 2 mixed plates tonight and I ask for one side to be cabbage. And the lady told me I could not do that it's only for the wraps like are you kidding me ??? The chickpeas are rock hard! The food is ice cold !!!! Barley any meat what so ever maybe 3 fork bite full never again!!!!!!!!
