This restaurant is truly disappointing. The carpet looks like it's from the 90s and hasn’t been cleaned in ages, while the furniture is both worn and outdated. This place is not sanitary whatever crew was there 05/25/22 is very slow, provided bland food. The dinning area was filthy. The busser was standing by the trash cans trying to engage conversation with guests when there was clearly a bunch of tables with dishes and old food stains. You would think they would take pride in cleanliness to the very least with you know a pandemic going on. I will never return here. I tossed my food and wasted my money.
Wrenched. We been to dozens of these restaurant locations, and it is a family favorite for lunch. This location was a mess. The staff seemed indifferent to customers, the order was wrong, cold, and slow (despite being one of only a few customers). It's shocking that such a seemingly well run company could let this location exist.
Very bad experience at Panera bread at the Camarillo outlets. They close the door 45 minutes early and they have no excuse . Trying to say that the computer was broken and that was a flat lie. My husband was inside and when he say the computer that was working, the employee said let me see what can I do. I don’t think that’s Panera bread standards
The food was decent, but the restaurant was incredibly dirty. I will not be returning as there was trash scattered everywhere and the tables were filthy. I apologize, but I will not be coming back.
I went to this restaurant for an early dinner on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. The chicken soup was thin, watery, and overly salty with only a few small pieces of processed chicken. The grilled chicken avocado sandwich was decent and my Caesar salad was okay. However, the soda machine seemed to not have been cleaned recently as the water tasted moldy and unpleasant. The restaurant was also not very clean, with stained carpets that needed vacuuming and dirty windows and sills. In the bathroom, my wife found a dirty sink and filthy floors, describing it as gross. It seems like the restaurant may be facing financial trouble or lacking proper management, as there were several cleanliness issues that were not addressed. I suggest avoiding this Panera Bread based on my experience and the consistent complaints from other customers. The generic response from management was expected, but I am not interested in their offer as the overall sanitation of the restaurant needs improvement. It is disappointing that despite ongoing complaints, no meaningful changes have been made. It is important for the management to take concrete actions to address these concerns rather than just providing empty responses to negative reviews.
