Second Cup offers a good option for coffee lovers looking for a high-quality brew at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly, and the seating is comfortable. The menu includes a variety of tasty treats, including pastries and sandwiches. A standout is the rich and chocolaty hot chocolate, which pairs perfectly with a double chocolate muffin. Although some find the prices a bit high, the overall experience is enjoyable with great service and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. The cafe is praised for its lesser bitterness compared to other competitors, making it a top choice for many caffeine enthusiasts.
I occasionally stop in here on my way to work. Its a good second cup but as far as second cup goes, If, I could venture out of the way every morning towards Starbucks or the delicious Artigiano's in the Watermark Tower I'd prefer that. Very friendly staff and the seating is ample and comfortable.
Great place to get a great specialized coffee as I prefer over Starbucks. We also enjoy a nice quiet atmosphere along with a Danish too.

This rating is for the location at 5th St/5. Ave SW. They close this city center situation early, but they obviously tried to get rid of me earlier, as they wanted to clean up stocks and the mating girl was not very friendly, nor did she want to answer my questions. I prefer starbucks and only frequent second cup if there is nothing else. Not recommended.
