My wife and I went to pizza last night. Our first time back to Pizzaberg in about 2 years. I was surprised to find the pizza is even better then I remember. Maybe I'll have to go back and get a great lasagna. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Pizzaberg Cafe:
I went to the restaurant and ordered two pizzas. After waiting for other customers to pay, the server brought me my pizza and asked me to pay again. I told her I had already paid, but she refused to give me the pizza until I showed her proof of payment. Finally getting my pizza, I was disappointed with the quality. This restaurant in Okotoks is the best spot for pizza. They offer a wide variety of toppings and their Caesar dressing is absolutely amazing!
This restaurant is fantastic. We visited with a group of 12 people, which was a bit crowded for the 22-seat venue, but they handled it well.
The staff at this restaurant could use some improvement in their politeness. When I called, they didn’t identify themselves, so I had to ask, "Is this Pizzaberg?" When I arrived to pick up my order, I had to ask someone to come over and speak with me while I waited at the counter. The atmosphere felt unprofessional and unfriendly. As for the pizza, it was rather bland and had hardly any sauce. I likely won't be returning.
This pizza place has an abundance of delicious cheese and amazing toppings. It's my favorite spot for pizza; I just wish I lived closer!
