We received our order on time, and everything was great until we discovered that one sandwich was missing. I called the restaurant to report the issue, and the owner, Vishal Shah, was very apologetic. He immediately offered to make a new sandwich and personally deliver it to our office. I was quite impressed by how quickly he handled the situation, especially as our meeting was starting.
