The picture shown has NOTHING to do with a average A&W interior and the restaurant interior is not what's pictured. I've been here on several occasions and have been underwhelmed by the attitude of the Franchise holder. Let me explain. When I order a burger I ask that they hold the bacon & cheese and give me extra lettuce and Tomato instead. Sure, they'll take off the more expensive Bacon & Cheese but still will charge EXTRA for more lettuce a tomato. When I point out the price difference and how I'm now being gouged on the price I'm simply told "It's their Policy". The food is always average and overpriced for what you get. There are so many better options out there with better value and service. Fat Burger, Five Guys, McDonald's, Carl's Jr and others all offer better burgers and comparable or better prices. This guys need to wake up and realize it's about what the Customer wants and not their price gouging and poor service policies. Pass on A&W and move on to MUCH better!
The burgers make me ill but root beer cannot be beat. In my university years I went to it as only place on campus that did not serve Pepsi product swill.
Took forever, had to repeat order 10 time, family get very frustrated, received burger with burnt bread, fries undercooked, drink taste like water with oxy
I’ve been here loads of times and gotten average fast food service. I made the mistake once of bringing a Tim Hortons coffee inside and the woman there lost it at me. Ever since then she hates my guts.
