This place has a few staff, who work hard especially in front desk customer service, and yes I see at times at lunch while we order food, they take food out of the freezer, then put in the oiled container to heat up and brown. Some days, it is like 5-10 minutes sometimes it takes over 15 minutes. View all feedback.
