Folks Lots of places to grab breakfast or lunch in Cairns Not many are next to a kids park "on the waterfront" But the best part is the food is so tasty And you have healthy choices We had the grilled fish burger (comes with a slice of beet- as most burgers and sandwiches in Oz) And fries !!! Yes you don't pay EXTRa for french fries at Muddy's Go on eat at Muddy's You will be glad you did View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Muddy's Cafe:
One of the best views in Cairns, right on the waterfront looking out to sea. I had eggs Benedict which was good and was served quickly. The coffee was mediocre, lacking flavour. The cafe is beside a children's play area so customers bring far too many noisy children with them - not the cafe's fault but it detracts from the experience. View all feedback.
We found a fantastic restaurant near our hotel. Although their ordering system and delivery could use some improvement, the food was tasty. The portions were generous, with the fish order meant for two easily satisfying four people. A kind local patron asked to share our remaining food and we gladly agreed. We returned for breakfast, which was exceptionally delicious.
The breakfast was very good, the atmosphere was beautiful, and there were many people coming and going. The view of the sea was stunning, and there was a large children's playground next to the cafe.
The service at this restaurant was not very friendly as the staff did not smile and seemed uninterested. It was disappointing that there was no ice cream available before the milkshakes were ready. The prices were a bit high, but if they promise ice cream for children, they should deliver. If you can wait, I would recommend trying the cafes on the street instead.
