restaurant full of people only with people in the room and still works like a watch. super fast and attentive service. we order the menu of fish and rice. fresh and well prepared products. all spectacular. thanks to the gentleman who gave us the door and the living room couple. super friendly service of January. Delicious food, well-presented, and very reasonable. My.daughter( who is herself a chef) and I chose from the set menu and it was excellent value. The service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.
This was recommended by a local. New people are running it, and both the food and the service is outstanding. We have been a week in Spain, and this has probably been the best meal we’ve enjoyed and certainly the best value for fresh beautifully cooked seafood. The new owners are passionate about food judging from the menu and our waiter was WONDERFUL. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!
It was a very bad service. My friends were disrespected and was not accommodated properly. I wish this review will help them be better in customer management.
There were two of us and we waited for 30 ministers for our main course. The caldareta (beef stew rice) that finally arrived was satisfying. Eventually when the bill came, they double charged us with the rice dish. We called the server and told them they have mistaken our bill. Then he explained that there were two of us so they charged 2. On the menu the rice is priced as what it is with the wording “minimum for 2” , which is misleading and as a person who works at a restaurant who has written so many menus for living I understood it as price for one serving. We explicitly asked for one serving of that dish. The server said that the manager isn’t there and they had to call her to verify and eventually came back to us refusing to change the bill. My boyfriend went to talk to the chef and all the staff just nonchalantly asked us to go back the next day to talk to the manager directly because it’s her mistake and every staff doesn’t like her (which is not our problem). We paid our bill and I’m writing this not because of anger but this is clearly a trap for customers. I strongly believe that the menu is misleading and I’m sure this is not the first time a first-time customer misunderstood this menu and got charged twice. Smart way to get money out of travelers but you can tell somethings wrong with the management. To be fair the food was delicious.
