I cannot understand how a restaurant can close down and still allow customers to place orders and make payments. After waiting over two hours for the food I paid for, all I have is a charge on my card. Now, I have to waste my time sending emails and making calls just to get my money back.

The pizza never arrived! I reached out to Deliveroo, but they were unable to contact the restaurant. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the food since it never showed up!
