Starred restaurant in the castle of beautiful place where the chef christophe dufossé will make you travel. different flavours, textures and cuisines, but all are perfect. a bucolic setting and a warm welcome. the zucchini are sublimated by being fully used. Thank you very much, chief.
A very good time in a sumptuous setting. The meal was very good, well prepared and well mastered. However, a slight disorganization of staff and a slight lack of attention. glass of wine and empty water for a long time despite the arrival of table dishes.
Genuinely the best meal I've had. Chose the 8 course tasting menu with matched wines. Also have to say the wine pairings were fantastic so thoroughly recommend that option. Excellent service which can't be faulted. The amuse bouches and petit fours were generous and a great surprise at the end of an equally generous menu.
Probably the best restuarants in Northern France. At elast 2 Michelin Star quality I've had some of the very best meals of my life there. Not cheap, but atht quality never will be, and the Bistro offers similar but simpler food at a very fair price.
