This location has moved just around the corner from where they use to be. It's the same building though, so the parking lot is still busy.A hot bowl of soup will hit the spot on a cold winter day. We have five people together, the server sat on a table of four, so it was full. we order a combi, that is their choice of noodles and drink. we have no service after the orders on the table. I must. go to the cash register to ask for the bill, no one takes any teller or check on our table. from my heart I gave them 5 tips, not that they deserve something, but the server running on me don't let me go and ask for extra 5 , they said it's obligatory. I would never go back or recommend to everyone to eat there. By the way, there are also foods taste very blande. and is just a cash place.
We had a great experience in 2014 with a now closed location so decided to come back in 2015. What can I say other than disappointed. The food was not very tasty. They completely messed up an order and did not apologize. When the correct...dish came it was lukewarm and the sauce tasted like salty goop. Not impressed. Waiters were stone-faced at best.
It is a kind that behaves in the position to move. that is a Hong Kong-style restaurant operated by hongkongers. there are a lot of dishes that make hong kong men familiar with. there are many tea restaurants in vancouver, but not all are authentic hong kong style. I am so glad to find the familiar taste of hong kong in cattle cafe.
Almost two years since my last visit, took my neffen for his birthday dinner, I find the cattle caef compared other H.K style cafe much better quality in food and drinks and price very affordable for lunch, covid guidelines beautiful made,.very spacious, menu have a lot of option of asian to western dishes, I choose the dietary breakfast very
The own bowl of noodles was not very delicious. the suppe is not good. the rice dish with cream was just okay.
