Was Anindya S at Ralphs a mag?
Burbank is having three Ralph..... I think this is the best in terms of huge stocks.....Very nice and clean, well maintained.... stuffs are very friendly.....Huge parking outside.... Star bucks and US bank counter is inside....Plenty of stocks on Dairy , Meats, Bakery, Fruits, Frozen sections, Vegetables, liquors everything..Most importantly wine section is excellent ?? What J dislikes about Ralphs:
I visited around 5:10 PM to check out the seafood selection. While walking near the meat section, I approached a woman in an apron to ask if she worked there. She ignored me, and when I asked again, she simply said "no" before walking through the staff-only doors. I find it hard to believe that employees are trained to be so dismissive and dishonest with customers. Because of this experience, I will be shopping elsew... View all feedback.

I didn't want to write this, but I feel I have to. About a decade ago, Ralph's at Victory Buena Vista had major problems with expired food. It took some time to resolve those issues, but eventually, things improved, and I hadn't noticed any expired items since then. However, that all changed last week. While shopping with my wife, I bought Lox (smoked salmon slices) and made sure to check each package for the best ones and their sell-by dates. To my shock, every single pack of Vitta Lox was expired, and all eight packages were dated from August—over two months past their expiration! I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I took all eight packages to the store manager, but he didn't seem concerned. He simply thanked me and returned to what he was doing. It's truly unbelievable! I hope they resolve this issue quickly; if not, we'll be taking our business elsewhere.
My experiences with the staff here have been less than pleasant. They often come across as if helping customers is a hassle for them. I get that working in customer service can be challenging, but it's frustrating when it happens consistently. The only positive aspect of this Ralph’s is their late hours.
They start making sushi at their station at 7am daily. Super fresh the rice are still warm! Price is reasonable. I will definitely come back for more!!
I’ve been meaning to post this for some time now.This summer I came in to the store on a very busy day; they were preparing for corporate to visit, the store was full of patrons, and lil ole me had trouble finding coconut water. The store had been rearranged and I needed this water.I’m serious when I said needed. My 3 year old expressly asked that I get him a coconut water. A specific type and brand. If I came home empty handed…. Oh what a night we would have. The tantruming, the crying. Kids go through growth spurts where nothing in their brain makes sense, everything is the end of the world.I didn’t get the chance to explain why I needed this coconut water. I’m pretty sure I came off very LA, but everyone I came into contact with was warm, talkative, open, and helpful. We couldn’t find the exact size he wanted, but we got the brand and flavor. My three year old was happy.You guys thank you. It’s the little things in life. You guys really helped me out and I’m grateful. Been coming here for over 4 years now, outside of a few kinda annoying peeps, most everyone here is just living their life and being great at their job. Thank you guys.
