Went back to Commonwealth again tonight and was blown away, again! Every dish, Amazing! Such a complex combination of flavors! Had the roasted cauliflower and arugula salad, hanger steak, shrimp dumplings, lamb chops, lobster bites, butterscotch pudding. Every choice was excellent. Service was great. Our main server, Taylor, was helpful and knowlegable. The other servers fill in as needed. An awesome dining experience!
I thought I wrote a review for this amazing restaurant I guess I didn't in the midst of my apt drama. Firstly the staff is absolutely spectacular. They are the epitome of excellent customer relations. Taylor, Carlos, Ali are so friendly and really make this feel like my new official happy place. Outside looking in, you would never know this is a spectacular bistro style restaurant in Burbank. The walls consist of vintage wood planks and the chandeliers are very bespoke. Do try the truffle oysters Do try the shishito peppers Do try summer ceviche Do try the mussels!! I don't eat meat so I cannot review that. I literally have not one negative thing to say about this amazing gem. Again, it's very unique to the area, and perfect for a date, group fun or just hanging out solo. Their wine selection is magnificent. Obsessed with the dry Rose' Parking is just across the street. I have been here already 4 times in 3 weeks and every single time is better than the last if that is even possible. Thank you to the entire staff for being so gracious and inviting. Xx
Amazing food, small intimate location. real foody food. I had pork belly on grits, that was amazing and the passion fruit sunny side up for desert. it looked like a real egg, but tasted unique and yummy. I highly recommend this restaurant.
