Pano's, a beloved restaurant with 20 years of history, has recently undergone changes under new ownership, resulting in mixed reviews. While some customers have had negative experiences with slow service, cold food, and unpleasant servers, others still enjoy the enormous portions, delicious food, and attentive staff. The new decor, open kitchen concept, and revamped bar have been praised for bringing a modern vibe to the restaurant while maintaining its reputation for great food. The experience at Pano's seems to be a hit or miss, with some diners left disappointed while others continue to be loyal patrons.
We have been coming to pano for almost 20 years and were excited that it was finally reopened. eating was not good at all. I have the medium sea plate and there was nothing medium. it was listed as gluten free and the waiter said they only get the brot. the plate had half a glass of plastered articock hearts, a dry salate and no dressing, hummus, which was much too thick and a few other rugged koks. in a word it was terrible. my friends weren't happy with their men. everything in all it was very disappointing and we will not be back.
Some of the menu items were not available. 6 of us were on a stand much better suited for 4 people. Eating was okay, but we probably won't return.
The food was average. it was unhappy hot inside. the doors were open, they were flying in.
I love the food I the NY Steak and mashed potatoes and it was bomb declious you guys never disappoint me and the employees are very kind and generous. Especially the one waitress Samantha thanks for your wonderful and exceptional service!
I have been to Pano's many times and have never been disappointed. I always find something on their Specials Menu that always hits the spot! The service has always been very good and the food even better! I love Pano's!
