Was Anonym at Panera Bread a mag?
9-21-22 I have been to Panera Bread six out of the last seven days. I have joined the sip club where you get unlimited beverages throughout the month. One cup of Iced and hot coffee or tea, fountain drinks or charged lemonade. Every two hours the charge is 10.99 for the month. I have been eating at this Panera since it opened never had a problem with an order before. This morning I ordred a bagel breakfast sandwich plain with 2 two sausage and two cheese. I said no egg whatsoever. I also ordered a plain bagel first with butter for my friend. When my order come out it's an everything bagel and it's just egg. Luckily my friend order was correct. When I spoke to the woman I told her my order was incorrect and go over my order again one single plain bagel with 2 sausage patties and two cheese slices. She proceeds to take away not only my incorrect order with the egg but my friends order which was correct and throw both of them out. I then tell her no my friends order was correct a plain bagel with butter. she then informs me there are no plain bagels left which my friend then has to resort to a different kind of bagel for her order. When they finally serve me it is once again incorrect it is two plain bagels each with only one slice of cheese and one sausage not what I ordered. I have never had this issue before in my many years of coming here and the lack of understanding communication with the staff today was displeasing.
I was disappointed to find out that the sandwich I usually order was no longer available, but the staff at Panera in Elmwood went above and beyond to make me happy. Today, Stephanie F was incredible and so cheerful. I will definitely be returning!
