I visited the restaurant today on a Saturday night without a reservation and was promptly seated. The venue offers seating in the bar area, dining room, and outdoors, which is nice. They have a great selection of Italian dishes and seafood. I particularly enjoyed the herb butter that accompanied the bread, as it's not something you find too often. The house Italian dressing was outstanding—definitely the best I've ever had! I wish they sold it in stores, as it would make me eat a lot more salads! For my main course, I had rigatoni with meatballs, which was decent but nothing exceptional.
This delightful small restaurant has a wonderful family atmosphere. The food is incredible! The meatballs with ricotta are truly one-of-a-kind, and the chicken, stuffed mushrooms, and roast beef are all perfectly cooked and seasoned. They also have a great selection of seafood, including clams and scallops. The owner and chef, Mark, actively connects with customers and even plays the harmonica for them! He's quite talented; he came over to play "Happy Birthday" for a guest across the restaurant and entertained our work Christmas party with some festive tunes. This place is a true gem! If you find yourself in Kenmore and are looking for dinner or just a cozy spot for a glass of wine in a warm and friendly atmosphere, this is the place to be. I highly recommend it for dinner and small business gatherings.
