Graylynn Gin blends warm, attentive hospitality with inventive cocktails and frequently excellent food in a relaxed downtown Buffalo setting. Patrons praise the staff’s kindness, thoughtful service and patio views, making it ideal for date nights, brunch or cocktails. While many dishes impress, the kitchen can be uneven—some brunch items arrive cold or bland, waits can be long, and isolated safety/service hiccups have occurred; management is responsive. Prices lean high, but overall it’s a memorable spot worth trying.
Super tasty place that offers a selection of upscale and remained pub grub. Go for the gin. Don't be stupid.... it's perfect and a great place with lovely people!!!
I want to officially state that this restaurant is one of the top three dining experiences I've ever had. From the exceptional service to each remarkable dish and beverage, everything truly impressed my two adult daughters and me. If you're in Buffalo, this place is a must-visit, conveniently located across from the Hyatt Regency Downtown.
Lovely evening of bites and cocktails. Staff was very friendly, helpful with recommendations. Gin forward drink menu and lots of other options with a full bar. The aviation was lovely. We sampled some of the food as well, not one item was a miss the frites and escargot were favorites grilled cheese was also a great share!
The food and drinks there are amazing. Everything is made with immaculate attention to detail. The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is very welcoming.
Great drinks in downtown Buffalo. The food is a mix of American and French/English pub with a twist. I think the food is ok but the Gin drinks is the reason to go to this place. Great selection of Gins and great cocktail list.
