The donuts were cold, as if they had just come straight from the refrigerator. The drive-thru layout is quite inconvenient; larger vehicles like trucks struggle to navigate the turns. I ordered four donuts, but they gave me the wrong ones. The staff appeared to be confused about our order, even though we were the only customers in line.
This establishment suffers from poor management. Everything here is just average, and the service leaves much to be desired. I suggest choosing local shops that provide high-quality donuts and coffee instead. I prefer to be vague, as higher management in chains like this often tries to hide or remove negative reviews for any reason Google allows.
Our drinks at Dunkin' were completely wrong and both were missing the flavors we asked for. We were excited about this new opening, but because of the disappointing service, we likely won’t be coming back. The Rogers location has a much better menu and experience.
I really like this Dunkin' spot. My drinks are always made just right, the donuts are fresh, and the sandwiches come out hot. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable without ever rushing me.
This spot offers coffee with a fantastic smoky taste. The temperature is perfect—not too hot or too cold—and the cup maintains it consistently until the very last sip. They’ve truly mastered the art of morning coffee here. If you want something sweet but light, their donuts are the ideal size. Simply delicious!
