Maryann G. As a first-time customer, we ordered the Cassata Cake for my birthday. It was beautifully decorated and tasted delicious. Plus, the price was very reasonable! We'll definitely be back to try more of her baked goods.
Diane was incredible! Since we are located far away, we held several Zoom meetings, during which she sketched out different cake styles for us and guided us through what each would look like. She was consistently responsive and never seemed bothered by the many changes and additions I requested (and trust me, there were a LOT). As an anxious bride wanting everything to be just right, Diane's patience and reassurance made me feel confident that our cake was in excellent hands. Fast forward to our wedding this past Sunday, September 3rd: the cake was absolutely stunning! Diane personally delivered the separate cake layers to the venue and decorated it there, which is truly top-notch service! She remained calm and composed under the pressure of a tight timeframe to ensure the cake looked as elegant as we envisioned. And besides how beautiful it was, the taste—oh my goodness—was beyond delicious! I think my husband and I ended up having a piece from each layer—our waistlines are still protesting! Even four days later, we are still receiving messages from friends and family proclaiming it was the best wedding cake they had ever tasted! I can't thank Diane and Caramici’s Bakery enough for everything they did to make our dream wedding cake a reality!
For my dad's 80th birthday, we wanted something special, and Caramici's bakery exceeded our expectations. The cake was beautifully designed and absolutely delicious. It was simply perfect!
Support your local bakeries. This is an excellent little bakery located in the former Phillip Sheridan Elementary School. All baked goods that are offered are of good quality. Give them a try!
Amazing Italian cookies! Just like the ones everyones mom used to make around Christmas! Buy a bunch 'cause you 'll want more! Reasonably priced too!
