This is a hidden gem in Buffalo South Carolina. It appears to be family owned and the southern hospitality both Emanuel and Me received from Raleigh was nothing less than Stellar. My first time in determined that I looked forward to dining with this establishment again soon. View all feedback.

I've been dining at this restaurant for many years, but recently it changed ownership. Unfortunately, they don't answer the phone, and the menu has become quite limited. Andy's of Buffalo is fantastic! The restaurant is spotless, the food is scrumptious, and the staff is very welcoming!
The food was delicious, and there was a wide variety on the menu. However, the service was slow during both of my visits.

I ordered the flounder served with hush puppies and okra, and it was absolutely delicious. For dessert, I had cheesecake.
